He has 7 years of management and operations experience, overseeing over 4 million square feet of property and 200 team members, 6 years of military leadership and service with US Army Special Operations as a former Green Beret, and 16 years of experience in commercial cleaning and floor care, making him an industry and leadership expert. He has been recognized by the US Army for outstanding leadership and has a proven track record of managing high pressure situations in any environment. Jon is a Chattanooga native and a loving father.
